Tonic are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our client’s new restaurant opening in Leamington Spa – set to open in Spring 2025. As Deputy Manager, you will be hands-on during service and integral to the restaurant’s performance and reputation. The business operates at the highest level of hospitality and offers a family-style atmosphere throughout their venues.

What we are looking for in Deputy Manager candidates:

* Ability to train and develop your team to get the best for every employee
* Used to using various systems and managing budgets
* A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
* You’ll have management experience; leading a successful site
* Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
