Heybrew Espresso is on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team!
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role with a key focus on evening events and day-to-day operations.

Who You Are
You’re an experienced Assistant Manager, Events Manager, or Bar/Pub Supervisor who knows how to lead a team and bring energy to every shift. You’re confident in:
✅ Planning and executing events – from gigs to community nights and quizzes
✅ Managing a team of five and keeping service running smoothly
✅ Ordering stock and handling wholesale (or willing to learn)
✅ Coffee culture – you know your way around an espresso machine (potential training available)
✅ Building a brand – whether it’s through social media or customer connections
What You’ll Do🌙
